What are your store hours?

Please see our calendar for our days and hours of operation which vary on a weekly basis. If our hours aren’t convenient for you, we’d be glad to meet with you by scheduling an in-store or Zoom appointment, please contact us or email us at [email protected] to schedule your personal appointment.

Is shipping available?

Etched in Valor offers shipping via UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Normal production is five business days, but larger or custom orders may take longer. Please be sure to tell us if you have a deadline.

What is your preferred format for artwork?

All files must be PC compatible. The use of 300dpi resolution or better and .eps file types are preferred. The following file types may also be acceptable but are subject to approval: .jpg, .jpeg, .png., .tif, .bit, or CorelDRAW.

What methods of payment do you accept?

As a small business, Etched in Valor prefers cash, check, or ACH payments, but does accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What if my organization is tax exempt?

If you have a valid New York State sales tax exemption or resale certificate, please be sure we have your organization’s Exempt Organization Exempt Purchase Certificate (NYS form ST 119.1) or Resale Certificate (NYS form ST 120) on file. If not, a copy must be provided before invoicing. Please note that payment must be paid by the tax exempt organization or resale organization. Checks from third parties will not be exempt from sales tax. The following are exempt from sales tax and do not need to provide the certificate: New York State and United States governmental entities and organizations that are organized and/or operated under some other New York State or federal statute that exempts them from state and/or local sales taxes.

Will you engrave items not purchased at Etched in Valor?

While we can guarantee items purchased from us, we cannot guarantee items brought to us. Whether we will engrave items not sold by us depends on the item. We would need to see the item to determine if engraving is possible in one of our machines. We require customers to sign a Waiver regarding any such engraving and we reserve the right to decline to engrave any items not purchased at our business.
